- Led the curriculum development of one of California’s most advanced four-year blended teacher education programs.
- Directed regional implementation of CalStateTEACH, a web-based, distributed learning, teacher education program based on the Open University (U.K.) model.
- Expanded enrollment and faculty ten percent per annum five years running to meet teacher shortages. Led NCATE/California reaccreditation.
