Networking BC Rivers is a project of Simon Fraser
University's Faculty of Education, with the
support of The BC School Superintendents Association, the BC School Trustees
Association, and the British Columbia
Ministry of Environment, Lands and Parks.
During 1995-96 the project, then titled Networking
the Fraser, was funded by a grant from the Partners in Science Awareness Program,
BC Ministry of Employment and Investment,
with additional support from BCTel Discovery Learning and
the major sponsors.
In 1996-97 funding
for Networking BC Rivers has been provided by the Habitat Conservation Fund
of British Columbia. This funding has enabled the expansion of the original
Networking the Fraser project to include the watersheds of the Peace, Columbia,
and Skeena rivers, as well as that of the Fraser. ![[Click Here to Follow the Guided Tour]](redfish.gif) |
