A major study of the impact of policy changes on conditions of teaching and learning in Canadian schools, a five-year longitudinal SSHRC-funded Major Collaborative Research Initiative (MCRI) in a Pan-Canadian project headed by Maurice Tardif and Claude Lessard of Université de Montreal. Total funding for the eight institutions involved in the project was $2.5 million.
