My scholarship and teaching focuses on the social and cultural dimensions of human development, psychological experience and biculturalism. My scholarship is theoretical in nature, informed by my dual training in psychology and philosophy and includes considerations from phenomenology, hermeneutics, postmodernism, social theory, contemporary psychoanalysis and psychological anthropology.
